1. Manage a small leasing team and supervise overall leasing administration, documents review and report consolidation
2. Formulating and implement the store development strategy in Hong Kong and Macau
3. Review lease agreements; handle in leasing activities; managing landlords and leasing terms negotiation
4. Review, design and implementation of policies, workflow and guidelines on Leasing perspective
5. Identify suitable new sites for opening new stores and prepare budget proposal and report of new potential and renewal shops for management approval
6. Negotiate with different landlords for sustainable rents for Shops' Tenancy Renewal
7. Conduct relevant site analysis, market research and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease decision
8. Establish and maintain good relationship with landlords and property agents
9. Handle leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal parties on all leasing matters
10. Work closely with Project Team and oversee the project planning & scheduling, design co-ordination and submission to Landlord
11. Responsible for any ad hoc projects as assigned 

1. Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Building Services or a related discipline
2. 8 years or above relevant experience in property leasing of retail shop in Hong Kong and Macau with at least 5 years at supervisory level
3. Experience in handling sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is a must
4. Proficiency of shop leasing tender and agreement
5. Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters and related documentations
6. Detail-minded, well-organized, enthusiastic, proactive and self-driven
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical writing and presentation skill
8. Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
9. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
10. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Manager
