Pine, bamboo and plum have long been symbolic of celebration and joy in Japan! Since the late 1960s, Takara Shuzo's flagship series "Matsu Take Ume" has been widely recognised as a celebratory sake. The sake is made with 39% of the finest rice and has a fruity and gorgeous ginjyo aroma. The packaging is designed in silver and gold to reflect the high quality of the rice.
