Important notes / Remarks:
- Each card is entitled to redeem the offer once per day, and up to five
times in total during the entire promotion period. Offers are available on a
first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- Transactions must be made via the UnionPay network. Payments made
through third-party platforms (including WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay Online Payment,
PayPal, etc.) are not applicable.
- The instant discount shall be determined based on the transaction amount and time initiated by the merchant(s).

Terms
and Conditions:
1. The promotion is valid
from 1 November to 20 November 2025, or until the quotas are fully
utilised, whichever is earlier (based on the transaction date) (refers to “Promotion
Period”).
2. The Offer is applicable
to all Best
Mart 360˚ and FoodVille stores in Hong Kong and Macau (refers to “Stores”).
3. Designated
payment methods: The Offer is applicable only to transactions made with UnionPay Mobile Contactless
Payment (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, HCE, etc., and is not applicable to bind the Mainland Dual Brand Card) bound to the
mobile wallet app (refers to “UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment”), or
UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App or other mobile apps that support
UnionPay QR Code payment) (refers to “UnionPay QR Code”). To be eligible for
the Offer, the full transactions must be settled via the UnionPay network (excluding
payment methods such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay Online
Payment, PayPal, etc.).
4. During the Promotion
Period, UnionPay cardholders can enjoy an instant discount of HK$/MOP5 upon a single
net transaction of HK$/MOP100 or more made with eligible UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment or UnionPay QR
Code (refers to “Offer”).
5. Quotas apply on a
first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The Promotion may end
earlier once the quotas are fully utilised. Each card is entitled
to redeem the Offer once per day, and up to five times in total during the
entire Promotion Period. In the event of
any breach of the terms, UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay
International”), Ciao International Limited (refers to “CIAO”) and Best Mart
360 Macau Limited (refers to “Best Mart 360˚”)
reserve the right to reclaim the relevant Offer.
6. The Offer shall be
determined based on the transaction
amount and time initiated by the merchant(s), and cannot be accumulated or
reissued. The
Offer
details will not be shown on the receipts. Cardholders can refer to the actual amount debited by the card-issuing bank.
7. The Offer carries no cash
value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. It
is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
8. The eligible spending amount
is calculated based on the net spending amount of each invoice. Split
transactions are not accepted. The Offer is not applicable to
transactions such as the government-imposed plastic shopping bag levy, purchases ofshopping vouchers, transactions without sales
slips, and any unauthorised transactions. All unposted, cancelled, refunded and
fraudulent transactions will not be counted as the
eligible
spending amount. The
Offer will be forfeited or cancelled in respect of such transactions. The
spending amount of the primary and supplementary cards under the same
cardholder will be calculated separately.
9. Each
eligible transaction is entitled to one UnionPay offer only.
If a transaction qualifies for more than one UnionPay offer or reward campaign,
the offer or reward granted will be determined by the UnionPay system at its
sole discretion.
10. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot
be used in conjunction with other promotions, including other UnionPay offers
that take priority in deduction, except for membership or in-store discounts, and cross-border consumption exchange rate
discounts for which registration has been successfully completed. Since the
UnionPay system is unable to determine whether a revoked,
reversed, cancelled or refunded transaction is due to the
cardholder’s subjective intent or other factors such as system errors, UnionPay
International reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from enjoying the Offer,
and reclaim the instant discount which has already been granted. The quota for that day will not be reinstated. Currently, the order
of discount offers shall be instant discounts first, then the exchange rate
discounts.
11. In the event of a
refund or reversal, the paid amount will be refunded to the original UnionPay
card used for payment. The instant discount will not be returned in the case of
a manual refund. If there is any discrepancy in the refunded amount after
cancellation, cardholders may contact the UnionPay International customer
service hotline for assistance.
12. If any irregularities or fraudulent activities are detected, UnionPay
International reserves the right to disqualify the cardholders from participating in the Promotion, forfeit any entitlement to the Offer, withdraw any amount
obtained through misuse, and refuse the cardholders’ future participation in any UnionPay
International promotions. UnionPay International also reserves the right to
claim against the offending users according to the seriousness of the
circumstances and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
13. Under all circumstances shall all timestamps of
this Promotion (including but not limited to the transaction date/time), transaction amount,
reversal, revocation, cancellation or refund, be based on the UnionPay back-end
system records.
14. Under
no circumstances shall CIAO, Best Mart 360˚, or UnionPay International be held
liable for any failure in the communication networks, interruption,
interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation,
incorrect data transmission, or any technical issues arising
from POS terminals (including related software), POS equipment, bank cards,
electronic payment systems, banking systems, telephone lines, or network
connections which
result in the inability to participate in the Promotion.
15. Non-local cardholders
should note that some card types may be affected by the configuration of the
card-issuing bank. It is necessary to enable the overseas transaction
permission in advance, pay close attention to the account balance or spending
limit, and get transaction password ready. For details, please contact the

17. The usage of UnionPay
App and other apps is subject to other terms and conditions. Further details
can be found in the relevant apps or through the card-issuing bank.
18. UnionPay International
is not the supplier of the products or services, thus accepts no liability in
relation to such products or services.
19. Cardholders must read these
terms and conditions carefully to ensure full understanding of all terms and
conditions of the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion shall be deemed as
understanding, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all terms and
conditions of the Promotion.
20. Within the scope of
applicable laws, UnionPay International, CIAO and Best Mart 360˚ reserve the
right to amend the terms and conditions, and change or terminate the Offer at
any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any liability arising from
such amendments or terminations. All information is subject to the final
version announced through the official channels of UnionPay International.
21. In case of any
disputes, the decision of CIAO and Best Mart 360˚ shall be final.
22. Should there be any
discrepancy or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of the terms
and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
