The automatic stock replenishment system was successfully developed by Best Mart 360° three years ago, greatly reducing the stock replenishment efforts of frontline staff and enabling the company to effectively manage inventory and demand.

Store Manager Trainee Program
Throughout the 6-month Store Manager Trainee Program, trainees will receive comprehensive training to develop their knowledge of retail operations and management skills, including:

  • on-the-job training
  • classroom training
  • intensive coaching by shop and Area Managers
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be promoted to Store Manager, whose duties will include:

  • Handling the day-to-day operations of the shop
  • Handling the day-to-day operations of the shop
  • Assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day shop operations including cashier management, stock management and personnel management
Requirementsbr
  • Form 5 qualification or at least 2 years of retail experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service awareness
Area Manager Trainee Program
Throughout the 9-month Area Manager Trainee Program, trainees will receive comprehensive training to develop their knowledge of retail operations and management skills, including:

  • on-the-job training
  • classroom training
  • intensive coaching by Operation Management level
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be promoted to Area Manager, whose duties during training period will include:

  • Assisting the Operation Manager in the day-to-day operations of several shops including cashier management, stock management and personnel management
  • Guiding Store Manager to complete day-to-day shop operations
Requirements

  • Tertiary Education Qualification and at least 2 years of retail chained stores experience
  • Good communication and management skills
  • Lead by example

A clear progression ladder is in place to provide more development opportunities for staff

Our Best Mart 360° leadership training program aims to nurture potential staff and provide 6 months of training to effectively train staff to become frontline shop supervisors.
