I am already a member of APP 1.0, can I continue to use it?

Can. Please upgrade the "Best Mart 360°" Mobile Application, verify your personal account, update your information, and set a password, you can continue to use it.

I already have a physical membership card, can I use the e-card in the app at the same time?

Can. You can get a "Membership Invitation Code" from Best Mart 360° stores in Hong Kong / Macau. You can register as a e-card member in the "Best Mart 360" Mobile Application (APP) with filling in your personal information and the "Membership Invitation Code". You can choose to use the physical card and e-card at the same time in the APP, but the physical card can only accumulate/redeem the points.

I already have a physical membership card, can I continue to use and not use the APP?

Can. However, the benefits enjoyed by physical cards and e-cards (APP members) are not exactly the same, such as e-stamp promotions, e-coupons, birthday rewards, etc. These offers are only exclusive to APP members. We recommend that you become an APP member to enjoy wonderful membership benefits.

I already hold a physical card. Will my membership points be affected if I register as an APP member?

No. Points under the same membership account will not be affected by the way the membership card is held.

I hold multiple physical cards, can I merge points through the "Best Mart 360" Mobile Application (APP) after becoming an APP member?

Cannot. Each CLUB 360° member can only hold one CLUB 360° member account,  and each registered email address and phone number information can only be bound to one member account. If we find out after verification that a member has more than one member in the system, we reserve the right to cancel the extra member account and the right to use it(s) without prior notice to the member and compensation.

Can I successfully share the same membership account with other families?

Cannot. Each CLUB 360° member can only hold one CLUB 360° member account, and each registered email address and phone number can only be bound to one member account. Please keep your personal login password and information properly.

What should I do if I forget my password? (For APP users)

You can reset your password in the following ways:


Go back to the member login homepage and click "Forgot Password", enter your registered mobile phone number or email address first

◎If you enter the registered mobile phone number, a 4-digit verification code will be sent to your registered mobile phone number;

◎If you enter your email address, a link to reset your password will be sent to your email

◎Then follow the instructions to reset the password"

If I forget to bring my membership card, can I still enjoy membership benefits and earn points when shopping?

Sorry, if you forget to bring your membership card, you will not be able to get points for this purchase.

Can I enjoy member price and other in-store benefits at the same time?

The membership price is a discounted price and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. For details, please refer to the relevant promotion details.

How do I check my points?

You can check the points on the homepage of the "Best Mart 360" Mobile Application and in the "E-Card"; or check the balance of points on the invoice.
