Can I reissue my membership card if I accidentally lose or damage it?

If you lose your physical card, you will not be issued a new physical card. Please send an email to member@bestmart360.com, or call the hotline (+852 3916 1888). Once the relevant information and identity of the member are verified, you can register as a member of our APP, and continue to enjoy the same membership member discounts and benefits after activating an e-card.
